My Night Out Cost More Than My Outfit! // My First Collab

Thrifting has become a huge part of my blog recently. I learn so much from my fellow bloggers who are passionate about thrifting too! This week I’m doing a thrifting collaboration with Kali Barovic. She is a very creative blogger and also someone who loves to thrift. I knew she and I had to work on a post together!

We decided to challenge ourselves to only spending $15 on an outfit from a thrift shop. I have never set a limit on my spending, so this was tricky! Kali did a day look and I did a night look! Check out her post here -> Kali Borovic

I knew that I wanted to do a funky pant with a plain top. I went to a few stores but it was actually really hard to find pants that not only fit me, but were a good enough price to still buy a shirt. One of the last stores I went to, I had points saved up to get a few dollars off of my purchase. (Not sure if this was cheating but it helped me achieve my goal!) The pants I found were a great fit and they only cost $10. The red shirt was only $4!

I absolutely love the bold red top with the black and white patterned pant. What do you think about this look? It was such a comfortable outfit and perfect for the occasion! I wore it to my sister’s girlfriend’s birthday party at a local brewery. I can say that my outfit definitely cost less than my night out. I love that I can buy such a great outfit for an amazing price and still have some pocket change to treat myself to a night out!
