Happy March everyone! February flew by so fast, but I did collect quite a few favorites.❤️ Just as a refresher for everyone new to the blog – first, welcome to Beyond This Fence! Let’s Talk About Decor! : College Edition

The most important lesson I learned from moving into a new home is that it’s essential to make the new place feel like home. My favorite way to do this is by hanging my hats, posters, and photos of family and friends. The hard part about hanging things is that my lease doesn’t allow us to make holes in the wall. This can be hard when you run out of command strips or poster putty, but this year I made it work! I was able to find ways to hang up decorations while also hanging photos in creative ways.

I Miss This Place

The pink and orange hues of the sunset reflect across my face as I gaze intensively at the sight. The colors change their shades as the sun sinks deeper behind the White Mountains.

Mario Badescu’s 50th Anniversary Edition // Skin Care Review

The other day I took a trip to Ulta with my friend and I stumbled upon Mario Badescu’s section. I didn’t know much about his products except that people have been raving about what they use in their everyday skin care regime. I found the “50th Anniversary Edition” kit that contains all the well-known skin care essentials. I never looked into the prices of Mario Badescu’s products, but to my surprise, they’re pretty affordable! Since it contained five products for $38, I purchased one and tested it out that night. Another plus for this brand is that they do not test on animals! Here’s what I thought about the kit.

A Monday With Mod Sun

This past Monday, I walked into Brighton Music Hall with a pounding heart. I was about to see one of my favorite artists, Mod Sun, live. This feeling is one that can’t be replicated. My thoughts and emotions are always different for every artists I go see perform. Every artist I listen to have a meaningful impact on my life and Mod Sun’s is one that will follow me forever.
